Senior Finance Executive (50K–90K) (SDG-118397)
<Job responsibilities>
- Be able to manage and Oversee finances and accounting
- Be able to handle around 500 transactions
- Update all freight, Warehouse, PL, and logistics invoices
- Ensure proper internal control practices are implemented and maintained over the transaction, and carry out spot checks in order to streamline and improve processes.
- Make sure to close month-end, year-end end and annual audit tasks independently.
- Collaborating with other regulatory bodies such as the Tax Department, the Central Bank of Thailand, etc., in order
to obtain maximum benefit for the company.
- Strictly adhere and live by company and Group values at all times by acting as an example and encouraging others on same.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
- other duties assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 4 years of experience in finance or accounting in the manufacturing field
- Have 2 years of experience at the management level to handle overall the tasks of accounting and finance
- Conversational-high level of English (to communicate with the Report Line)
- Have Experience doing accounting in the logistics and Warehouse process
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have Experience using the ERP system
- Have CPD license
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations
- Ability to work under pressure, honesty, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong Problem-Solving and decision-making abilities
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have Experience in finance or accounting in the logistics industry

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
