<Job responsibilities>
Payroll tasks
※The payroll system: "My HR"
However, some parts are also managed using Excel.
• Process and manage payrolls for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of salaries,
bonuses, and other payments.
• Maintain and update employee payment records, including tax withholdings, benefits deductions,
and any other relevant adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to payroll, taxation, and
benefits, working closely with HR and legal departments.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to handle any payroll discrepancies, and employee queries,
and resolve payment issues promptly.
• Prepare regular payroll reports and analytics to provide insights on payroll costs and trends,
assisting in budget planning and audits.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and deductions in a timely and professional
manner.
• Monitor and improve payroll processes by implementing best practices and identifying
opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Responsible for P.N.D 1 Kor / P.N.D 1 / Kor Tor 20/ Kor Tor 26 / Student Loans Fund / Kor Ror 11/
SSO etc.
• Maintain accurate employee records and attendance tracking.
ー C&B
• Manage employee benefits, including provident fund, social security, health insurance claims,
annual health checkups, and other benefits.
• Guide C&B-related inquiries and ensure compliance with labor laws and company
policies.
• Review, update, and ensure benefits policies align with Thai labor law and company regulations.
ー HRIS
• Manage and maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee data, streamline HR processes, and support reporting and analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Design & Develop Performance Appraisal Systems
ー Others
• Drive employee development through strategic training programs, leadership development, and career pathing initiatives to enhance individual and organizational performance
• Prepare reports and documents related to human resource management.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 32 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources or any related field
・At least 10 years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits in any industry
・Expetise in HRIS system or HR data analytics
・Have experience in payroll processing for companies with 200 to 300+ employees.
・Have strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and labor laws.
・Conversational High English to communicate with Japanese
・The ability to create formulas in Excel (used for payroll calculations).
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in Japanese company
・Able to join immediately
・Have management experience

Workplace Area: MRT Silom ** The company has a plan to relocate to AIA Sathorn Tower in April or May.**
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
