<Job Description> 1. WMS Implementation - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design WMS solutions aligned with organizational goals. - Lead or support the implementation of new WMS software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. - Customize and configure WMS to meet specific operational needs. 2. System Maintenance and Upgrades - Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal WMS performance. - Stay updated on patches and new versions, and coordinate system upgrades as needed. - Troubleshoot and resolve any WMS-related issues, working closely with IT and support teams. 3. User Training and Support - Provide training to warehouse staff on WMS functionalities, ensuring they can effectively use the system. - Serve as a point of contact for WMS-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective support. 4. Data Management - Oversee the accuracy and integrity of data within the WMS. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Generate reports and insights to support decision-making. 5. Process Optimization - Collaborate with operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement using WMS. - Implement changes and upgrades to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and increase efficiency. 6. Integration and Collaboration - Work closely with IT teams to integrate WMS with other business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). - Collaborate with stakeholders, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure end-to-end process continuity. 7. Compliance and Security - Ensure WMS compliance with industry regulations and standards. - Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive data within the system.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with logistics systems - WMS and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. ・Technical Skills: - Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for order management and related database systems. - In-depth knowledge of WMS configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. ・Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Preference will be given to candidates with experience in third-party logistics (3PL) environments.
