Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, and company websites. - Operate and maintain social media channels and online platforms. - Design marketing materials, including images, banners, and promotional content. - Shoot and edit simple promotional videos for marketing purposes. - Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads. - Monitor campaign performance and prepare analysis reports with improvement proposals. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis. - Design and coordinate the production of business cards, flyers, brochures, POP materials, exhibition stands, and other promotional materials. - Manage and maintain the company showroom. - Support marketing activities for exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns. - Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's degree. - Language: - English: Intermediate Level. - Japanese: Intermediate Level. - Experience in Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing, or SNS Management. - Experience operating Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. - Experience in content planning and content creation. - Experience using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software. - Basic video shooting and editing skills. - Experience in data analysis, reporting, and marketing performance improvement. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience managing YouTube channels or other digital media platforms. - Experience organizing events, exhibitions, or promotional campaigns. - Experience in B2B marketing. - Leadership or team management experience is an advantage.
