Job Description
- Report to Consulting Team Leader, dotted line to Japanese Manager - Assigned to Investment Business Consulting (IBC) Department - Team size: 12-15 members - For the first and second working years: mainly deal with data-related tasks (compilation, analysis, report...) - Get trained about Vietnam Laws and Regulations regarding investment, labor, commercial, business... to be prepared to become an independent consultant - Starting from the third year: directly consult Japanese clients on their concerns - Firstly, cdd will be backed up by manager in working with clients. After that, they will handle by themselves.

* Essential Requirements: - Education: Bachelor - Japanese: Fluent (N1 level) - New graduates are OK to apply OR experienced candidates need to have less than 1 year of work experience in any position and any industry OR - Candidates who has studied and worked in Japan - Personality: calm, conscientious, data-driven, willing to talk to strangers, good business manner * Preferable Requirements: - Having a passion for consulting business in general
