<Report Line : Japanese manager > <Products: Construction (developing and managing factory > <Clients: corporate tenants (mostly Japanese company) > <Saturday Working: NO > <Job Responsibilities> - Design facility systems such us Air conditioning system, Fire fighting system, Water supply and drainage system - Producing detailed drawings, concept design - Cost management for building plans - Calculate the materials needed for the building based on plans, design drawings and specifications - Identify the number of materials needed for the building and calculate the construction cost - Estimate the amount of money that will be needed to complete the building - Negotiate with contractors and other professionals - Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists (Mainly at the beginning of the projects) - Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age : 25 - 40 - Gender : Any - Qualification : Bachelor degree (studied in related field) - Language Skills: English Business level - At least 3 years experiences as facility designer in construction industry - Having experience in Building estimation task - Having experience in factory and warehouse design - Can use Auto-CAD - Strong analytical, math and problem solving skills - Personality: hardworking, proactive, meticulous, strong-willed <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese skill : Business level - Having working experiences in Japanese company - Able to pay meticulous attention to detail <Schedule> - Interview times : 2 rounds (1st with VN site manager + SV, 2nd with Japanese director) - Joining date : Negotiable
