<Report Line: Vietnamese Manager, Japanese Manager > <Number of Subordinates: 15 members> <Products: Wide range of products:> - Residential air conditioners - Residential air purifiers - Light commercial-use air conditioners - Commercial use air conditioners - Packaged air conditioners - Chiller <Clients: Dealer (Distributor), Retail shop> <Saturday Working: Twice Sat morning per month> <Job Responsibilities> To further develop from the conventional Design support job, we need management staff and you have responsibility for management in department 1.Product proposal management - Creating tools that clearly and accurately convey the features of own products to customer. - Prepare materials that compare the features of each product and proposals for air conditioning systems for projects, and in some cases, present to customers.Respond to technical inquiries from customer. 2. Design management - Manages the work to support the customer's Design (Heat load calculation/Model selection/Drawing/Piping-Ducting) in order to adopt own products in Project. In addition to Drawing,also hold Design Study seminar such as VRV selection, and also act as lecturers. 3.Job Site support management - Mainly supports the improvement of Dealer's AC(SKY VRV) Installation skill, which has stared commercial PJ.At same time,Provide various types of advice to level up their skill efficiently. (make installation case study presentation,support T&C activity etc) - Other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age: 32-40 - Gender: Any - Education: Bachelor degree in a related technical discipline (Thermal engineering、Heat and Refrigeration Engineering ) - Language: English Business level, fair presentation skills - Experience: 2 year of experience as Manager in mechanical machines, industrial parts,... (more than 10 staffs) - More than 5 years experiences as engineer(MEP, M&E) or supervisor in HVAC (manufacture or construction) industry - Good at MS office, AutoCAD software <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Japanese or MNC companies <Schedule> - Joining date : ASAP - Interview times : 2 rounds 1st: Japanese Vice Branch Head 2nd: Branch Manager
