<Job Responsibilities>
・Communicate with Japanese business team to clearly user needs and business goals (by Japanese)
・Cooperate with team members to lead projects to get success.
・Develop high-quality software design and architecture with detail documents.
・Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle.
・Implement programs and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
・Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
・Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure product always is high performance and up-to-date with latest technologies.
・Other tasks assigned by Japanese Headquarter and Japanese Director
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25-45 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Language: Japanese Business level
・Experience: More than 3 years working experience as a BrSE in Web Product Development in Japanese Company
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・English ( Communication level )
・Working experience in Japan
・Having Experience in Requirement Analysis, System Design, Test Design
