・Support in manufacturing process
・Give training for junior - senior staffs
・Give feedback about quality report from HQ to improve quality
・Improve factory ’s productivity (guide for operational improvement)
・Consider about the company business policy (Salary scale, evaluation system and etc.)
・Support for Japanese plant manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Any
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Male only
・Age: 28-35
・5+ years’ working experience of Production Control or Quality Control at manufacturing company
・1+ year's management experience
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Knowledge of mold
・Training experience in Japan
