Job Description
Products: valves, joints, and water turncocks
<Job Responsibilities>
1.Processing to cut and shape masses of metal through the use of machine tools such as lathe machines, grinding machines and machining centers.
2.Coding to NC lathe machine to make products
3.Well understanding about programming language for NC lathe machine like M Code, G Code
4.Set up NC lathe machine
5.Teaching Work how to make products
6.Having knowledge and can use measurement equipment
(venire calipers,depth, caliper, dial gauge, Height gauges)
7. Maintenance of machine and production equipment
8. Create machine trouble reports and countermeasures if necessary.
9.Report to Japanese Director
※Have possibility training in Japan or China in the future
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Work experience in machinery maintenance engineering role
- Can communicate in English both spoken and written
- Have knowledge in measurement equipment and NC lathe machine (especially in FANUC NC lathe machine)
- Understand the mechanical drawing or electrical drawing
- Have computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Working Experience in Japanese Company
