Job Description
* Nội dung công việc:
• Trực điện thoại: Nhận, chuyển và trực tiếp gọi điện cho khách hàng (Phụ huynh, Học sinh).
• Tư vấn cho khách hàng: Giới thiệu và tư vấn cho khách hàng về chương trình Giáo dục.
• Nhận đăng ký học viên nhập học, thu học phí.
• Giải quyết những vấn đề liên quan đến học vụ: nghỉ học, chuyển giờ, học bù.
• Quản lý, lưu trữ hồ sơ.
• Quản lý cơ sở vật chất.
• Hỗ trợ các công việc liên quan đến hành chính văn phòng và dịch vụ khách hàng.
• Thực hiện các báo cáo, khảo sát và các công việc khác cho cấp trên khi được yêu cầu.

* Job Requirements:
• Customer service: Receive, transfer and directly call customers (Parents, Students).
• Advising customers: Introducing and advising customers about the Education program.
• Receive registration of students enrolling and collecting fees.
• Addressing school-related issues: absenteeism, time transfer, compensatory study.
• Managing and storing records.
• Management of facilities.
• Supporting work related to office administration and customer service.
• Make reports, surveys and other jobs for superiors when requested.
* Yêu cầu công việc:
• Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng bất kì ngành nghề.
• Ứng viên nữ, tuổi dưới 35.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc về tổng vụ ít nhất 1 năm.
• Cẩn thận, biết sắp xếp công việc hợp lý.
• Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng;
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp.
• Trung thực, nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát.
• Biết Tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế.
* Essential Requirements:
• Graduated from any college.
• Female candidate, under 35 years old.
• Have at least 1 year experience working on a general service.
• Be careful, know how to arrange work properly.
• Proficiency in office computer;
• English communication.
• Honest, agile, vivacious.
* Referable Requirements:
• Knowing Japanese is an advantage.
• Refer working in education company or related education.
The school is a leading after-school system for six to 18-year-old students in Japan, established in Vietnam since 2015. In Japan, the group focuses on basic educational services, such as after-school classes for various subjects, one-on-one tuition and preparation courses for high school and university entrance examinations. In Vietnam, the group focuses on classes teaching Japanese, Math and Critical Thinking for Children.
