Working in a team of 5 members
Report directly to Vietnamese Manager
- To undertake office reception duties
- Handle internal and external documents.
- Build and maintain an administrative record keeping system.
- Organize, arrange and hold the company party, company trip,…
- Work closely with relevant Government Offices such as Tax Agency, Social Insurance Agency, etc,..
- Carry out the procedures for obtaining visa and work permit
- Attend meeting and make detailed minutes.
- Managing attendance & absence & overtime record, making a time record every month.
- Work with bank to issue the Bank Guarantee for Airlines
- Resolves administrative job as issuing the annual reports to Labor Department, registration for the personal tax code, registration for the reduction tax based on family circumstances for employees, registration for Social and Health Insurance, preparing all the needed documents for the new employees and an employee resignation or employee termination, performing the work structure by updating job descriptions for all positions & updating company organization chart; all the documents related to the recruitment, insurance, labor issues;
- Attend meeting and make detailed minutes.
- Manage attendance & absence & overtime record, making a time record every month.
- Perform recruitment procedure: post job advertisement, screen CVs, interview and offer for successful candidates
- Other work assigned
Job Requirement
Essential Requirements:
- College Degree or above
- Female Only
- Age: 25 - 30
- At least 3 years working experience in Admin Position, and having 1 year experience in HR
- English: Business Level
- Good understand about labor law
- Good Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Preferable Requirements:
- Quickly get adaptable, able to work under high pressure
