Job Description

・Report to Japanese Manager
・Assigned to Production field

Job Responsibilities: 
-Supervise production line.
-Placing personnel according to production plan
-Manage progress of production according to plan
-Quality management of lines and problem solving
-Perform other temporary tasks required by the production manager 

Job Requirement

・Requirement
- Having understand relationship with Chinese staff  & Japanese Staff
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree 
- Language Skills: Japanese Business (more than N2)
- English basic (communication, reading text)
- Gender:  Any
- Age:  around 30 
- Knowledge for ISO approval.

・Preferable Requirements:
‐ Qualification: Bachelor Degree of industrial
‐ Language Skill : Chinese language (They will import parts from China)
‐ Experienced at assistant in Japanese company or foreign company
