Job Description
Receive and clarify requests from internal departments;
Manage hotline and call center effectively;
Study to improve call center quality.
Branding and communication activities:
In charge of media for Olympic;
Assist for BC projects/campaigns;
Support for Brand & Communication projects/campaigns including but not limited to events, social, media… for both internal and external sides;
Support to write/translate press release when needed;
Support internal PR/announcement.
Monitoring:
Monitor brand signage at FC;
Manage POP for brand communication;
Execute OOH advertising;
Monitor allocated A&P budget.
Other tasks as assigned.
At least 2.5 years of experiences (background of Marketing/Communications or creative agency is a plus);
Good at English (reading & writing);
Creative; Detail oriented;
Well and clear communication skill;
Teamwork skill;
Good sense at wording and images;
Proactive and responsible;
Willing to go for business trip and work under pressure.
