-Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:45 PM)
-Off 2 days of Saturday per month
Salary Range: Gross 600-700 USD /Per Month
Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Director
Job Responsibilities:
-Interpreting at meetings, official working sessions of the board of directors
-Translating documents from Vietnamese into Japanese and vice versa
-Arranging meetings, conferences, video conferencing; organizing, preparing agendas and minutes, directions to the Board in writing and to the relevant departments.
-Making report clear, accurately and presenting, commenting from guidelines of Director
-Supporting as secretarial and administrative tasks for the General Director in daily tasks
-Preparing and / or participating in Director business missions
-Other tasks will be assigned by Director

Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills:Japanese Proficient – from N2 level
-English – proficient at communication
-Gender: Female
-Age: under 40
-Experience: have 3-4 years of experiences
-A minimum 02 years of experience in the same position in multi – national companies
-Strong experience in servicing, especially towards internal customers
-Good negotiation skill, excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
-Excellent office and MS office skills
