-Monday – Friday (8:30~17:30), no Overtime
Salary Range: Gross 800 - 1400 USD / Per Month / Negotiable
Allowance(s): Governed under VN Labor Law

Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Java Project Manager
Assigned to Development Team
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist your Project Manager and Planning Development member of parent company in Japan to analyze and understand the product specification, specification changes, new additional functionalities, and design details.
-Support members to understand the technical specifications of the products, specification changes, and new functionalities.
-Create WBS to ensure product delivery time is accurate and rigorous.
-Manage the work procedures of members based on WBS (assist Project Manager to sort out plans and solutions in dealing with possibilities of work delays).
-Write reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) to the Project Manager and Planning Development member of parent company in Japan.
-Review the coding and ensure the quality of the finished projects.
-Manage, evaluate and provide guidelines to help members improve their capabilities (as a programmer).

Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills: English Business level
-Gender: Any
-Age: 25-33
-Experience: At least 3 years’ working experience as Java Senior Developer or Team Leader
-Ability to manage team members, lead team members to achieve success based on the efforts and development of teach members
-Experience in the development of Cloud technologies as a Java Senior Developer
Desirable Character:
-Personality: loyal, honest, hardworking, agile
