JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Japanese Manager/Vietnamese Manager
§ Assigned to Sales Department / There are already 2 other Vietnamese sales staffs
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Take old clients of Hanoi office
- Tasks assigned by manager
- Support and report to Sales Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese business level : N3 – N2 – Good communication skills
- Experienced in Sales Assistant is a plus
- Experienced in Japanese company is a plus
§ Desirable Character:
- Headcount : 1-2 staffs
- Gender: Any
- Age: Any
- Personality: hardworking, enthusiastic, active, ..
NOTE FROM RA :
- Structure công ty :
- 1 General Director người Nhật, bên dưới là Sales department và GA Department. Hiện tại đang có 2 người Việt làm sales.
- Vị trí Sales Manager sẽ làm trên 2 người Việt hiện tại và trưc tiếp report cho sếp người Nhật.
- Các vị trí Sales staffs nà sales assistant sẽ làm dưới vị trí Sales Manager này.
- Sếp Nhật thường xuyên đi công tác nên vị trí Sales Manager sẽ thay sếp trực tiếp quản lý Sales Department
- Khách hàng của công ty đa số là công ty Nhật, còn lại là công ty Việt Nam. Sales manager sẽ chủ yếu làm bên khách Việt Nam nhưng cũng có liên lạc và làm việc với khách Nhật.
