  • Work Time:        Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)
  • Salary Range: Gross 8.000.000-14.000.000 VND (100% during probation time)
  • Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year

  • Selection Process: Three rounds (Senior Consultants -> HCI Test -> Vietnamese General Manager)

JOB DUTIES

  • -Report to Vietnamese Manager (male, 30s)
  • -Team structure: Senior Manager -> Manager -> Senior Staff -> Leader and Staff
  • -Senior Staff directly takes care of specific assigned client(s) and is reponsible for all tasks/enquiries related to them; Leader advises Staff on daily tasks
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • -Consult Japanese clients about business environment in Vietnam such as policies for investment, commercial law, labour law, and accounting / finance law
  • -Support clients on investment documentation such as business registration, tax registration, etc..
  • -Participate in seminars to present about new laws and policies in Vietnam to clients
  • -Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Desirable Background and Experience:
  • -Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related field
  • -Language Skills:        Japanese business level (equivalent to N2) / English conversational level is a big plus
  • -From 1+ years of working experience in any field (Japanese companies are preferable)
  • -Competent in MS Office tools
  • -Potential advisory skills (preferable)

  • -Age: 24-27
  • -Personality: dynamic, reliable, self-motivated, service-oriented, durable, studious, fast-learner
