JOB DUTIES:

  • Report to Dept Manager
  • Assigned to Air Freight Department
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Booking arrangement with shipping lines
  • Issuing MBL/HBL
  • Inputting costs/sales into system timely and accurately. 
  • Problem solving in case of vessel delay, cargo damage...
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.
  • Cooperate with worldwide agents to handle shipments.
  • Cooperate with related depts for smoothly operation
  • Cargo tracing and update daily report

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Desirable Background & Experience:
  • Bachelor degree/ College degree form University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade..
  • 1+ years of experience in forwarding, logistics
  • Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Good at English (speaking & writing)
  • Have good Customer Service and Communications skills
  • Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, and good at teamwork
  • Can work under pressure
  • Desirable Character:
