- Position: Customer Service (Sea Freight) - Logistics
- Level: Staff

- Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
- Saturday: morning (8am-12pm)

JOB DUTIES:
- Report to Dept Manager
- Assigned to Air Freight Department
- Job Responsibilities:
- Booking arrangement with shipping lines
- Issuing MBL/HBL
- Inputting costs/sales into system timely and accurately.
- Problem solving in case of vessel delay, cargo damage...
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner.
- Cooperate with worldwide agents to handle shipments.
- Cooperate with related depts for smoothly operation
- Cargo tracing and update daily report
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Desirable Background & Experience:
- Bachelor degree/ College degree form University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade..
- 1+ years of experience in forwarding, logistics
- Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Good at English (speaking & writing)
- Have good Customer Service and Communications skills
- Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, and good at teamwork
- Can work under pressure
