Work Time:
- Monday - Friday (8:00~17:45) (45-min break)
Allowance(s): Governed under VN law

JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese General Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting General Director in planning and directing the company’s strategic and sales projects
- Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate financial and operational effectiveness
- Identify strategic insights and develop them into executable business strategies
- Collaborate across multiple teams including marketing, sales, operations, legal and finance is essential
- Engage with external partners to help the company achieves the long-range goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
- Language Skills: English business level
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the strategy and financial consulting field or in a related area
- Relevant working experience in finance sector required, prefer candidates working in accounting firms such as KPMG, I-Glocal, etc.
- Good knowledge about strategy, financial analysis, financial modelling
- Good communication, negotiation, teamwork and analytical skills
- Others (Preferable): Relevant working experience as sales or assistant to senior leadership
