Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • In charge of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment) management system according to requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and other standards for warehouse such as TAPA, C-TPAT. • Coordinate with QA members, Warehouse team and related Departments to create, review and improve the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and management procedures at warehouses in the South • Monitor customers' feedback, issues, irregular report, discrepancy report, etc. Coordinate with Warehouse Managers/Local QA team members to make corrective actions and monitor the implementation. • Make internal audit plan; periodically/ irregularly check for compliance with quality, security, safety regulations at warehouses through cameras, on-site observation or records. Issue notices for quality, safety, security, fire protection, 5S, Kaizen • Attend meetings with customers, give advice on QHSE issues. • Train for staff knowledge about QHSE management system in warehouse. • Periodically update the latest legal documents related to warehouse (fire protection, chemical, environment, etc) and disseminate them to relevant departments. - Chịu trách nhiệm về hệ thống quản lý QHSE (chất lượng, sức khỏe, an toàn, an ninh và môi trường) theo các yêu cầu trong tiêu chuẩn như ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 và các tiêu chuẩn áp dụng cho kho hàng như TAPA, C-TPAT. - Phối hợp với thành viên bộ phận QA, Kho hàng và các bộ phận liên quan thiết lập, rà soát và cải tiến các quy trình vận hành chuẩn, các quy trình quản lý tại các kho hàng ở miền Nam - Lập kế hoạch đánh giá nội bộ; định kỳ/ đột xuất kiểm tra việc tuân thủ các quy định chất lượng, an ninh, an toàn tại các kho hàng qua camera, quan sát thực tế hoặc hồ sơ lưu trữ. Đưa ra các khuyến cáo về chất lượng, an toàn, an ninh, PCCC, 5S, Kaizen. -Tham gia các cuộc họp với khách hàng, tư vấn các nội dung liên quan đến QHSE. -Đào tạo cho nhân viên các kiến thức về hệ thống quản lý QHSE trong kho hàng. -Định kỳ cập nhật các văn bản pháp luật mới nhất liên quan đến kho hàng (PCCC, hóa chất, môi trường…) và phổ biến cho các bộ phận liên quan.
Job Requirement
