Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Development and Strategy for Cheese Markets (Domestic and Overseas) • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting both domestic and export markets to achieve company objectives. • Identify and proactively approach potential customers such as restaurants, wholesalers, F&B businesses, and retailers to acquire new clients. • Formulate mid- and long-term sales plans to expand the distribution of cheese products nationwide in Vietnam and abroad. 2. Sales Target Setting and Achievement • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets based on market analysis. • Plan and execute sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve goals while taking a hands-on leadership approach. • Manage daily sales progress and challenges, visualize performance using quantitative data KPIs, and execute continuous PDCA improvement cycles. • Always conduct analysis, planning, and decision-making based on concrete data. 3. Customer and Market Management • Earn customer trust through prompt and sincere responses. • Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships to increase orders and satisfaction. • Collect and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to optimize proposals and sales methods. • Propose appropriate product positioning and sales initiatives for the Vietnamese market. 4. Sales Team Leadership • Recruit, train, and lead a sales team aligned with company values and objectives. • Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and drive continuous improvement. • Promote effective collaboration among Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Production departments. 5. Collaboration with the Marketing Manager • Work closely with the marketing team to integrate sales activities with marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and execute effective promotions. • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to support the development of effective sales promotion plans. • Represent the company at industry events and business meetings to strengthen visibility and reputation. • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the dairy and cheese industries. 6. Sales Performance Management, Analysis, and Reporting • Report sales results, forecasts, and market feedback to the Board of Directors (BOD). • Regularly compile and analyze sales results, order status, and customer-specific data to identify achievements and challenges. • Develop and present strategies to increase sales and efficiency based on analytical insights. • Contribute to profit maximization through budget management and cost control. • Coordinate and share information with the Japan headquarters as necessary.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related field. ・Language: English - Business Level (TOEIC 700 or higher). ・Experience: • Minimum 8 years of experience in the food industry (preferably with at least 5 years in food distribution). • Experience as a Sales Manager in a food manufacturing or distribution company. • In-depth knowledge of the B2B food industry and cold chain systems in Vietnam. • Strong network and understanding of distributors and B2B customers (confectionery, bakery, meat processing, seafood processing, HORECA industries) in Vietnam. • Proven track record in building distributor networks, managing key accounts, and launching new brands. • Shares our corporate vision and is motivated to grow together with the company. • Passionate about the dairy and cheese industries, with a genuine interest in food, eating, and cooking. • Strategic thinking, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills. • Strong communication, management, and teamwork abilities with independence and a proactive mindset. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or N1) is an advantage.
