Job Description
<Job responsibilities> - Achieve the targets on the number of projects (building operation projects, building operation management consulting) as required by the Board of Directors - Meet, discuss, negotiate, and present the operation plan to customers - Build relationships with customers and project investors to know about the development orientation of the Company - Propose solutions and orientations for implementing business development goals of the sales department - Analyze the real estate market and report to the Board of Directors - Guide sales staff to develop financial plans, project operation plans and analyze financial management of effective projects - Guide sales staff to develop the market to build a database of real estate projects - Report daily/monthly work results to the Board of Directors - Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
<Required Skills/Experience> ・Education: University graduate ・Foreign language: English - Basic communication ・Experience: 3 - 5 years as Sales Manager in the Real Estate field (Priority in building operations management) ・Other requirements: - Computer skills: proficient in office software (Words, Excel, Powerpoint) - Communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills <Priority> Priority if the candidate can use Japanese
