Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
Currently, we have two Vietnamese sales staff. This position will work as a playing manager, not only in management tasks, but also in sales tasks.
This position also supports the foreign sales teams at other branches and the Binh Duong offices.
- Developing new clients:
+ Creating a list of potential clients, primarily factories, that can accommodate vending machines.
+ Prospecting potential clients (via cold calls, Zalo, email, referrals, etc.)
+ Handling Negotiations and fee negotiations within authorized limits.
+ Preparing and collecting contracts.
+ Creating vending machine installation documents and distributing to other departments.
+ Accompanying clients for vending machine installation.
- Existing Customer Follow-up:
+ Handling customer complaints (e.g., jammed bills).
+ Notifying customers of vending machine relocation or removal.
+ Introducing new products.
+ Creating reports on usage.
- Management:
+ Reporting sales activities to the supervisor.
+ Managing a team of 2-3 sales staff.
+ Approving deals secured by sales staff.
+ Conducting weekly meetings and provide guidance to staff.
+ Managing contracts.
+ Managing and updating customer lists.
+ Collaborating with other departments to plan vending machine installation and removal.
+ Recruiting and training new staff as needed.
+ Updating sales-related materials as needed.
- Other Internal Duties:
+ Updating various internal documents and lists as instructed by the supervisor.
+ Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese or English - Business Level (for effective internal communication)
・Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in Binh Duong

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Management experience
・Experience in sales to general affairs departments
・Proficiency in Excel
