Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC. ・Handle customers' calls and enquiries on delivery operations. ・Liaise with delivery staff/stores to solve problems with delivery. ・Handle and inspect furniture before/after the delivery (for heavy items, by two people) ・Cooporate with partner companies to improve warehouse/delivery operations. ・Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department. ・Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time. ・Managing a team of four members
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: 5 years of experience as Warehouse management staff (prefer candidates who have experience in leading teams) ・Ability in analysis and problem-solving skills ・Good at MS Office (Excel), good computer literacy <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in Logistics ・The will to change the current situation and take on new challenges ・Proactive, fast learner, and committed to work preferred
