<Job responsibilities> ・This position belongs to the Contents Management Office, responsible for the multilingual production of the company's global website - Translating and proofreading from English into Vietnamese - Maintaining the quality of the target language - Creating and spearheading language initiatives to standardize and improve translations - Performing QA investigations and documenting feedback and solutions - Communicating with both the Business Unit and Development Unit and providing feedback - Updating language guides and developing processes for continuous improvement
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor’s Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25-35 years old ・Language: - Vietnamese - Native level - English - Business level (TOEIC Score: 900 or others) ・Experience: - At least 3 years of experience translating and/or writing localized copy - At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role and/or leading initiatives - At least 3 years of experience working in travel, hospitality, e-commerce, and/or related industries ・Other: - Strong computer skills - Experience using Computer-assisted Translation (CAT) tools - Experience using social media that is native to the target market - Passion for customer service <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Proficiency in Japanese or a third language (not essential but would be nice to have) - Experience writing localized copy in Vietnamese - Strong interest in travel <Preferable Personality> - Proactive, inquisitive, and able to work flexibly in a changing environment. - Passionate about providing quality experiences to stakeholders.
