Job Description
<About the role> The incumbent will direct reports to the Sales Manager – Vietnam and the Regional Head Sales in Hong Kong, work closely with Head Sales to provide proactive sales and marketing activities and support, to achieve the revenue and associated targets for the portfolio. Explore new business, develop and establish the assigned carriers in the Hanoi market, while proactively negotiating and managing existing and potential travel trade partners and other partners. <Key responsibilities> • Construct the sales strategy and plan to achieve the sales and associated targets. • Manage the Sales team and local relationship with travel trade partners and other partners • Initiate and follow up on sales team actions, obtain sales leads, and seek new business. • Help to negotiate discount rates, commissions, and contracts in a timely manner to ensure the best return on investment. • Monitor the effectiveness of incentive/discount schemes by conducting regular and timely performance reviews to maximize available and potential sales opportunities. • Make sales visits to clients to conduct presentations and seminars, and provide updates on products and services to enhance sales opportunities and facilitate sales. • Service existing portfolios or accounts to maintain and grow the value. • Seek ways to improve the quality of the revenue generated by the portfolio • Support new business development. • Support marketing activities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: A degree or diploma holder or equivalent in a relevant Sales & Marketing or Business field ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Passenger Sales and General Sales Agent • Demonstrable experience in consistently achieving sales targets ・Skills/Knowledge: • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Superior PC literacy in Word, Excel & PowerPoint <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in the airline industry is a distinct advantage
