- Responsible for communication between the factory and customers: receiving information from customers about product specifications, requirements, quality information, etc. and deploying to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to have a contact person for quality complaints, summarize, synthesize and report to customers
- Prepare for customer audits: planning, patrolling and monitoring
- Use Minitab to check the reliability of characteristics and report to customers
