Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> General operations related to our online content, SAMURAI ASIA, and support operations related to advertising for corporate clients - Creating materials and gathering information related to content under the direction of Japanese staff. - Creating articles to be posted on the web based on information from clients (work in English with THAI's production team). - Supporting events in line with customer promotional plans and maintaining relationships with related suppliers - Supporting the collection of quotes from suppliers for events and the process with relevant departments - Creating documents, collecting sales data, and creating contracts based on draft data - Other tasks requested by the supervisor
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Business Level in Japanese ( from N2) and English (Speaking and writing) ・Experience: Having experience as a Sales or Sales Assistant or marketing researcher in a Japanese company - Can use Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint - Can create presentation material using PowerPoint or other software - Have been interested in the Marketing business ・Personality ₋ Can respond flexibly to the situation. - Can contribute to the development of the business through teamwork. - Can work with high motivation. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having knowledge or experience in the Marketing field ・Having experience in content writing or editing ・Having negotiation skills or project management skills
