<Job Responsibilities> The role of the General Manager includes the following responsibilities: 1. To develop and implement strategies that help client achieve their goals, increase revenue, and improve efficiency. 2. To develop and manage budgets to ensure the client is operating within its financial constraints. 3. To provide effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship by formulating performance goals and objectives to ensure team members meet the company’s performance standards. 4. To strategize sales activities within assigned territories, identifying potential clients through industry market research, networking, and competitor activities 5. To eloquently present and showcase the value proposition of the offered products or services to clients during sales pitches, trade shows, or other opportunities. 6. To cultivate and maintain new and existing relationships with customers to promote the organization's interests and ensure its success. 7. To identify the Growth and Expansion Tracks and lead Business Development programs for the client in Vietnam. 8. To manage the business development process for regional growth Overall, the General Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization is meeting the overall growth plans and profitability requirements as set by the board of directors by managing both the expansion programs and ensuring smooth commercial operations. Specific task: - Manage the Vietnam organisation structure to position for growth. (Transit from current model to new service model) - Sales team development and go-to-market strategy. – Dealer model - Business Process – Develop business process in accordance with the company’s requirements, in accordance with local law. - People management - Partner with regional stakeholders to develop business activities in Vietnam - Oversee the setup of the GSP warehouse - Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staff - Creating and implementing strategies for business growth - Managing the recruitment, hiring, and training processes - Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients - Working closely with Account Managers and other senior staff to improve efficiency and performance - Improving internal processes for better productivity - Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports - Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit Teams: - Operational manager - Sales team in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh - Technical & Application team - Regulatory team
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Languages: English - Business Level. ・Experience & Skills: - Understanding of process development - Understanding of the GSP, GDP warehouse, 3PLs, and 4PLs services - Knowledge of the requirements of applicable regulatory/laws and industry standards - Ability to effectively present information to Senior management and other groups - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Medical devices and science industrial management experience is a plus ・Preferably a Bachelor of Science degree in a Science-related field
