<Job Responsibilities>
1. Ensure products in accordance with company and industry requirements, and analyze data to find areas for improvement.
2. Ensure standards are by doing training, motivating, coaching, and correcting department staff
3. Develop, implement and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards
4. Manage all external registration requirements to ensure they are met, and liaise with external bodies on all matters relating to registration.
5. Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
6. Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
7. Undertake continuous training and development of QS department staff. Provide technical expertise to the team.
8. Communicate KPIs from the strategic annual plan so that each employee is aware.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in majors related in quality management, engineering, science or business.
- Age : 27 - 40
- Gender : Any
- Language : Chinese at Business level
- Experience : having 5 years of working experience as Quality System Manager position at manufacturing companies
+ Knowing Champion Environmental and QMS (Quality Management System) continuous improvement process in line with Our Client's KPI's and objectives
+ Technical proficiency must be able to use computers and generate reports.
+ Documented procedures must be followed in all instances, with transactions being processed with clarity and accuracy.
<Preferable Skills>
- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
- Knowledge in Electronic Industry will be added advantages
- Knowledge in International Acceptance Standard (IPC) will be added advantages.
