Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> * Market research & Consultant duties: 60-70% and Back office duties: 30-40% - Sell to local companies, make appointments - Assist in consulting clients - Provide personnel training for our customers - Lecture training programs - Prepare documents (translation work) - Communicate and report to the Japanese head office - Interpret (accompanying meetings with the Japanese director) - Perform general administrative and accounting tasks - Other tasks assigned by the Japanese director - Go on Business trips 0-1 / per month (around 3 days/1 time)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese - Business level (N2 or higher) ・Experience: More than 3 years of experience as a consultant or consultant assistant, or Human resources consulting (have a good understanding of lectures for evaluation system,s etc.) in any industry ・Other: - Having experience in a Japanese company or studying abroad in Japan - PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・English skill <Preferred personality> ・Self-motivated, Aggressive, Active ・Good communication skills & have a bright character
