Job Description
<Key Responsibilities>
1. Conduct market research, client visits, presentations, and sales activities to identify new business opportunities and secure quotation requests.
2. Gather and analyze customer product requirements, confirm details with clients, and prepare and submit quotations.
3. Maintain relationships with existing customers, collect product information, and provide quotations.
4. Oversee order processing, delivery, and related post-sales operations.
5. Handle other related tasks, including research, documentation, and report preparation.
6. Prepare regular sales and operational reports and present to senior management.
7. Collaborate with MRO team members, IT, and administration departments to improve business operations and efficiency.
8. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team goals.
9. Manage and train the sales team, improve operational processes, and enhance team performance.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 33 - 39
・Gender: Male is preferable
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
・Language: Japanese - Business Level or Business level in English and Conversational Level in Japanese
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Work experience in a Japanese company.
- Experience in MRO or related industries.
・Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Business-level Japanese proficiency
