Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Sales Administration:
- Receiving POs, preparing contracts (liaising with client's personnel)
- Placing product orders, arranging inventory shipments, coordinating with customs brokers, and scheduling with construction companies
- Issuing invoices, handling EPE customs clearance
2. Labor Management:
WP/TRC applications for Japanese expatriates (in-house applications without agents)
3. Accounting Support: Invoice creation, coordination with accounting consultants
4. Reporting: Daily sales progress, progress reports on client-requested projects
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree and above
・Age: 35-45 years old
・Gender: Females preferred
・Language Skills: Japanese - Business Level
・Experience:
- More than 7 years of experience in the back office in a Japanese company handling tangible products
- Have experience in the practical task following below:
- Practical experience in sales administration and labor management (including WP/TRC applications)
- Knowledge and experience in customs clearance (EPE company handling)
- Experience collaborating with Japanese individuals, smooth communication skills
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Ability to handle basic accounting tasks (invoice issuance, accounting processing, etc.)
- Experience working at Japanese manufacturers or trading companies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
<Personality>
- Ability to provide support and coordination while considering of others
- Understanding of Japanese communication nuances and attentiveness
- Flexible and highly motivated to learn
