Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation > - Support the manager in understanding the structure of the factory equipment, including the freezing and refrigeration warehouse, and in managing the steady flow of machinery and equipment necessary for production. - Work Ratio with Office: Factory (5:5) <Job Responsibilities> ・Maintenance, preservation, and repair - Manage stable electricity flow for production with an understanding of the structure of the factory's electrical equipment - Maintain and repair related damages with a grasp of the structure of the freezer and cold storage. - Manage and operate wastewater treatment systems ・Investment in equipment -Propose for further development of machinery and equipment -Research new techniques on how machines can increase product quality, safety, and production efficiency -Calculate costs comprehensively when investing in machinery in the factory ・Other tasks - Create a history management book of the factory's main machines, record and save repairs and new details for each device - Predict when machinery and equipment need to be replaced and repaired, and prepare documents to set the deadline for replacing equipment parts - Provide technical direction to staff directly responsible for production, contact, and communication regularly - Other tasks indicated by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: College or University Degree majoring in Automation or Electromechanics ・Language: Japanese N3 Level ・Experience: - At least 3 years of experience in system maintenance in manufacturing industries where hygiene standards are critically important (such as food, electronic components, or chemical products) - Proficient in using technical drawing software (AutoCAD), reading and understanding mechanical and electrical drawings, and Sequence diagram drawings. - Understanding of automatic equipment, knowledge of fire prevention, and safety <Preferable skill / Experience> ・Experience: - Experience in system maintenance of food-related machinery and factory automation equipment. - Maintenance experience in a food company - Work experience in Japan ・Language: English Intermediate Level
