Job Description
<Expectation>
- The company will set up newly in Vietnam.
- Assist a Japanese director with various tasks like interpreting, administrative work, and coordinating with other departments.
<Job Responsibilities>
- Translate and interpret between English and Japanese Vietnamese.
- Manage the Director's schedule, arrange meetings, and travel.
- Support with reports and presentation materials, organize and store documents
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and convey the Director's instructions
- Accompany on business trips
- Provide other support for the Director's tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Language:
- Japanese: Business Level (equivalent to N1)
- English: Intermediate Level.
- Experience:
- More than 5 years of experience using Japanese and English in the following positions: Japanese Assistant, Interpreter, Secretary
