Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Receive production plans from the Planning Department and set daily production plans for each line.
- Calculate production volume and finished product rate, and set production targets for each line.
- Calculate the number of personnel to be assigned to each production line.
- Manage production lines.
- Monitor productivity, production schedules, and quality status.
- Adjust workers according to the production situation.
- Develop subordinates, evaluate subordinates, and manage.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Under 45 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher
・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (JLPT N3 level or above)
・Experience: Experience in managing production sites at electronics-related companies.
- Having team management experience
- Having experience in a Japanese company
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having 10 years of experience in production site management experience
・High Japanese skills (N2-N1)
・Good understanding of electrical components
