Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients (mainly route sales)
- Propose EO gas sterilization services, attend equipment installation, and coordinate related work
- Prepare quotations, manage contracts, and monitor sales performance
- Train and guide team members (including future management responsibilities)
- Ensure smooth communication, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Around 30–40 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
・Language:
- Japanese (Business level, able to use in daily work)
・Experience:
- Sales experience in industrial gases
- B2B client-facing experience
・Skills:
- Ability to think independently and make proposals
- Interest in machinery and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Male preferred
・Language: - English (Business level, able to use for daily working)
・Sales experience in machinery, equipment, or systems that utilize industrial gases, gained at machinery trading companies, construction subcontractors, or manufacturers
