<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: Up to 40 years old ・Gender: Any ・Education: From a College Degree ・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (equivalent to N3) ・Experience & Skills: - Have more than 2 years of experience in Production management in any manufacturing company - Have worked experience in Japan as a "Trainee" or "Tokutei" - Can use Excel
