<Job Responsibilities> ・Be responsible for the production line management ・Manage production line workers' safety, work operation, and productivity ・Solve any problem occurring from the production line ・Create the production control plan and make sure members follow the plan ・Communicate with Japanese Managers in Japanese and deliver their message to the members in Vietnamese
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 29~38 years old ・Gender: Male only ・Education: College Diploma or Undergraduate Degree ・Experience: Having more than 2 years of experience in managing production lines and workers in the mechanical industry ・Language: Japanese Intermediate level (Be able to communicate with Japanese Manager) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience working in a Japanese factory as a technical intern is a plus.
