<Job Responsibilities> - Proposal of Health & Beauty Care products and new suppliers (factories in Vietnam and in other countries, mainly in SEA countries) to buyers (in Vietnam) to increase sales in Vietnam and other markets (mainly in Southeast Asia ) - Production/Import~Delivery management + Supervising local contractors in terms of the quality of raw materials, semi-products, and end-products + Sample checking and approval + Production progress; packaging and delivery - Instructions to suppliers to meet the quality requirements - Saleư record management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language Skills: Japanese - Business level (N2 level or equivalent or higher) ・Experience: - Good experience in trading (ex-import) in the Retail industry, esp. Heath & Beauty Care products. - Good knowledge about products and related regulations in the market of Japan & Southeast Asia in the relevant field. - Good negotiation skills
