Job Description

<Main Responsibilities>
■ Human Resources
   - Handle onboarding procedures for new employees and offboarding procedures for resigning staff
   - Support recruitment processes, including offer procedures and follow-up
   - Manage employee information and user accounts
   - Support internal Japanese language education (up to N4 level)

■ General Affairs
   - Manage company policies and internal regulations
   - Manage company assets
   - Plan and organize company trips and internal events
   - Handle visa applications, work permits, and TRC (Temporary Residence Card) applications
   - Manage IT assets
   - Perform other general administrative tasks

■ Accounting / Tax
   - Process expense claims and reimbursements
   - Communicate with external accounting firms
   - Manage related contracts and documents
   - Prepare and organize audit materials

■ Sales Reporting
   - Prepare reports by project and by employee (several types)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 24~29 years old
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (over N2)
・Experience:
    - At least 2 years of experience in Administrative Staff or HR/GA Staff in any industry
・Others: Be able to work independently
    - Have experience working at a Japanese company

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having N1
・Have working experience or are studying in Japan
