Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle overall HR operations (partially outsourced) - Handle some administrative duties (reception, corporate liaison, etc.) - Support all recruitment activities. - Manage employee files, contracts, and other documents - Manage employee attendance, departure, and leave acquisition - Manage health and welfare plans (including registration), employee transfers and terminations - Prepare required documentation through payroll and insurance companies to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper accounting. - Collaborate with group companies to ensure success in human resources operations - Support the general affairs team as needed (e.g., arranging special events, assisting with receiving samples, etc.) - Be in charge of some general affairs (translation, visitor support, other miscellaneous duties, etc.) - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 27–30 years old ・Gender: Female ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N3 level close to N2) and English - Conversational Level (Able to use for internal document preparation) ・Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR & Administration ・Skills: ・Have good knowledge of Labor and other HR tasks <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having work experience in a Japanese company. - Can work long-term - Having Business skills in Japanese and English
