Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Assist customers during factory visits at Long Hau Industrial Park in Vietnam: Act as an interpreter between the factory and customers during sample preparation, meetings, factory audit, and production supervision. - Translate documents between Japanese and Vietnamese - Handle and process customer requirements received via email in a timely manner. - Business trip if required - Export frozen processed food made in Vietnam to the global market.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (at N2 level or higher) and English - Conversational Level (equivalent to TOEIC score of 450–650) ・Experience: 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in the food industry. ・Personality and social skills: - Demonstrate essential soft skills, including communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. - Responsible and play a role as a team member. - Physically and mentally tough. - Interested in the food business, motivated to find opportunities. - Having a mind of compliance with integrity ・Computer Skill: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for communication and presentation purposes.
