Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> You will lead sales collaboration with customers for new business in Vietnam, primarily driven by the Japanese headquarters. 1. Sales - Customer management, order management, contract management - Customer visits, business negotiations, and after-sales support - Handle complaints and act as a contact for quality improvements - Manage sales channels, distributors, and support sales partners 2. Sales Management & Performance Monitoring - Set sales and profit targets, monitor progress - Analyze sales by customer/product, prepare market reports - Manage sales KPIs (orders, order value, profit margin, etc.) - Collect and analyze competitor information and market trends 3. Customer & Partner Relations - Build relationships with key clients, conduct regular visits, and report - Monitor contract compliance, delivery schedules, and quality standards 4. Collaboration with Japan headquarters - Accompanying on business trips and customer visits - Interpretation support during customer visits and meetings - Supporting relationships with target customers - Project progress management - Progress reports - Other tasks assigned by the Director or HQ
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Foreign Language: Business-level Japanese or above and English from Conversational Level ・Experience: 5 years of sales experience in a Japanese company in Vietnam ・Having living or studying experience in Japan ・Have good knowledge of Trading, Japanese company culture ・Having good communication skills with High Japanese skills ・Can relate to the Japan headquarters ・Can work long-term ・Can go on a business trip (Planned to be mainly in northern Vietnam) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Knowledge of customs procedures and import procedures for electrical equipment ・Having strong responsibility ・Having strong English & Japanese ・Be interested in the products and actively work on them ・A small office where you can work as a team
