<Job Responsibilities>
- Communication and handling inquiries with existing customers
- Preparation of quotations
- Translation of documents
- Reporting, consulting, and confirming instructions with superiors
- Responding to customer requests and questions, and following up
- Communication and coordination with the Japan headquarters
- Collaboration and information sharing with factories and on-site staff
- Email sales activities for metal-processed parts
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager
<職務内容>
・既存顧客とのやり取り、問い合わせ対応
・見積書の作成、
・書類の翻訳業務
・上司への報告・相談、指示の確認
・お客様からの要望や質問への対応、フォローアップ
・日本本社との連絡・調整業務
・工場や現場との連携、必要情報の共有
・金属加工部品のメール営業活動
・その他、マネージャーより指示された業務
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2)
・Experience: Fresh candidates or candidates without experience and willing to do sales can apply
・Others
- Highly motivated
- Proficiency in PC skills (Microsoft Office)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・ Having more than 1 year of working experience as a Sales Assistant and Interpreter in a Manufacturing company
・Having work experience in a Japanese company
