<Job Responsibilities> ▪️General Responsibilities: - Set your KPI and action plan in alignment with the company’s goals, strategy, and tactics. - Continuously review your plan and conduct internal reviews and approvals as needed. - Regularly report your progress and consult with the Sales Manager. - Continuously improve work efficiency and productivity through process optimization and KAIZEN. ▪️As a Sales Account Manager: - Maintain strong sales communication to build long-term client relationships. - Take responsibility for the sales performance, contract terms, and profit/loss of assigned projects. - Manage monthly sales figures for assigned projects. - Analyze project profitability and implement action plans to maintain and improve performance. - Lead the preparation of proposal documents in collaboration with the development team. - Present proposals to clients and negotiate project terms. - Adjust contract conditions with clients as necessary. - Consistently develop action plans for the projects under your management. - Coordinate with Sales Admin to generate the contract, payment request, and invoice.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Ages: 25 - 35 (Preferred) ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor Degree, preferred major in marketing, business, or related fields in school. ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2~N1 Level) AND English - Conversational Level (TOEIC 600+) ・Experience: More than 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Marketing. ・Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment. ・Logical thinking and strong explanation skills (fact- and data-based). ・Ability to stay updated with industry trends and new technologies with a proactive attitude.
