Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Translating Vietnamese into Japanese and Japanese into Vietnamese. ・Developing MEP design drawings ｰ Create detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings based on architectural and structural plans. ・Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software to produce accurate and efficient 2D/3D drawings. ・Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, international standards, and project specifications. ・Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, or internal reviews. ・Develop both schematic (conceptual) and detailed (construction-level) design documents for MEP systems. ・Work with outsourced design teams or consultants to finalize drawing packages. ・Other tasks from the line manager ＊It may be go on a business trip to Japan for a few months.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (equivalent to JLPT N2 and above) ・Experience: - Having more than 3－5 years of working experience in any position in the MEP field ‐ Have experience in facility work (construction, design) in Japan - Can use Auto CAD (2D & 3D are preferable) ‐ Can go to a business trip to Japan （It could be for a few months） < Preferred Skill> ・Have experience working in Japanese companies
