<Job responsibilities> 1. Engineering Duties ・Installation and adjustment of soldering equipment ・Parts replacement ・Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting ・Providing operational training to customer engineers ・Creating technical proposal materials and manuals 2. Sales Duties ・Responding to customer inquiries (accompanying sales staff, providing technical explanations) ・Listening to customer needs and supporting proposals ・Providing technical follow-up for new installation projects 3. Training and Management Duties ・Training and instructing local engineers ・Managing staff (in the future)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree above ・Gender: Any ・Age: 30-45 ・Language: Japanese - intermediate Level (equivalent N2) ・Experience: Have at least 4 years of experience as an engineer for soldering equipment (including experience with heating/cooling, blacking, and inspection-related equipment beyond component placement) ※Even without soldering equipment experience, applicants with sales engineering experience in production equipment experience are welcome to apply. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience as a sales engineer (technical sales) ・Have working experience in Japan ・Management experience
