<Job Responsibilities> ➢ You will develop the UI for embedded controller software running on the control board of MFP devices. ➢ Debugging and evaluation for MFP-related software will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators. ➢ The ultimate role of a Software Engineer is to build high-quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards. ➢ Lead the development planning, operation, and quality assurance of the project.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a related field; and Relevant technology certifications. ・Language skills: + Japanese: Business Level (proficiency at N2 level or higher is preferred) + English: Intermediate Level (spoken, listening, and written) ・Experience: Management experience in software development for 3 years or more, or experience as a software engineer for 5 years or more. (UI/UX/JavaScript/C++ experience is preferred) ・Working experience with Japanese clients will be preferable. ・Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors. ・Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more) as a core member of the company.
